2. Excavate new local partners and business opportunities, define contracts and promote landing, and achieve cooperative sales and performance targets

3. Put forward a proposal for a partner strategy to lead BU or partner decisions

4. Organize and manage partner capability / MKT / human resource / pipeline Position Requirements Business Skills Requirements :

1. Industry ICT product or solution sales ability

2. Channel and partner planning ability, development ability, cultivation ability and supervision ability

3, Have the ability to understand and solution design capabilities

4, Customer and channel communication and guidance capabilities

5, With the project operating capability

Professional Knowledge Requirement :

1. Understand industry cooperation ecosystem / Channel policy and standard

2. Have more than 5 years of experience in Enterprise ICT business

3. Other Vender channel manager experience preferred

4. Have Huawei certification preferred like HCPA / HCNA / HCNP / HCIE
