An exciting marketing opportunity in the Biscuits category as Category Marketing Manager, Morocco is currently available and we are looking for passionate experienced marketeers to apply.

The role is based in our office in Casablanca & reports into the Senior Category Manager Biscuits North Africa.

As our nect Category Manager, Biscuits, you will be responsible to lead and manage the biscuits portfolio to meet the category ambition and deliver in line with the category KPIs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution and performance of annual brands marketing plans in Morocco aligned with the category strategy - top and bottom line-
  • with a monthly / quarterly and annual horizon.

  • Accountable for category activities / KPIs in the business planning & process
  • Implement superior consumer activation, renovation and innovation
  • Implement the Integrated Marketing Communication programs, managing local agencies and drive perfect execution.
  • Review media planning and ensuring implementation in line with category objectives.
  • Ensure effective working relationships and cross functional alignment of the category marketing plans with relevant stakeholders and agency leadership to ensure effective in market brand activation in accordance with brand plans, activation strategy, schedule and calendar
  • Ensure brand marketing spend budgets are within plan and contribute to profitability improvement
  • Collaborate with the Equity & Innovation teams to develop insight led and strategically relevant communication that drives brand health and category growth in Morocco
  • Work closely with cross functional teams (plant, research & development, quality...) to deliver superior products at optimized costs
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree with 7 to 8 years of experience in marketing positions handling both activations and equity roles
  • Effective communication skills
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience in managing brands & activations
  • P&L understanding & management
