Within the Global Services Departement at Dell, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative- English Speaker to join our team in Casablanca .

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with sales team, sales management and support services sales specialists on account planning activity and Support successful role out of new APOS services offers
  • Proactively identifies customer needs / requirements and recommends / quotes appropriate Dell Services and act as a subject matter expert on all elements of the Services portfolio to support the sales organization to meet and / or exceed their objectives
  • Focus on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards and ethics through engaging with the customer directly whilst building a relationship
  • Develop, implement and follow up on plans to ensure best in class performance for the programs that he / she is responsible for
  • Assist in the on-going education / development within the broader APOS team, including coaching them on how to sell APOS Services effectively and stay up to date with all new services offerings (POS and APOS) and Solutions, including market and competition trends
  • Pro-active interlock with Technical Support Teams including Technical Account Managers and Service Delivery Managers to expand account knowledge and to work on sales leads for assigned account territory
  • Usage and adoption of key business tools including RoD (Renew on Demand), Gii, DellServ migrating to DELTA, Bid Pipeline migrating to Sales Force.com and SalesView
  • Essential Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Proficient in managing time and resources, capable at self-managing from a day to day perspective
  • Viewed as a trusted expert to the customer and uses knowledge of Dell’s services to recommend appropriate APOS services
  • Is proficient in a broader range of service offerings
  • Engages cross functional resources, regardless of geographic location, in order to achieve goal / meet customer needs
  • Advanced level services sales representative, broad understanding of services and technology in the industry; contributing beyond self, sought out by others
