JESA is a Moroccan consulting and engineering company. It is a joint venture created in 2009 by two world leaders : OCP Group SA , the world leader in phosphates and derivatives, and JACOBS Engineering Inc , one of the world’s major service providers as regards to technical, professional, and construction services.
As part of its growth policy, JESA acquired in 2012 Team Maroc, an engineering company operating in the fields of transport infrastructure, water and environment, building industry, consulting, and sectoral studies.
Thanks to this alliance and acquisition, JESA has considerable expertise to carry out world-class projects. Every day, its 1100 employees respond to all challenges and provide practical, innovative solutions to resolve the strategic issues of its customers.
Its multidisciplinary teams operate in more than 120 sites and supervise up to 32 000 employees throughout the Kingdom.
Its objective is to establish itself as the world leader in phosphate engineering and derivatives, and the regional leader with regard to engineering at large.
JESA is able to provide a perfect combination of quality and security at all the phases of a project, from the demand analysis and the feasibility study through to the construction management, operating, or maintenance.
From an organizational perspective, JESA is structured into two main areas of activity. Engineering works are developed and made for all types of industrial facilities in the first area of activity (Process and Industry).
The second one is dedicated to carrying out building and infrastructure projects.
The Cost Engineer uses established systems and procedures to manage all or part of a project cost control function including establishing budgets, capturing commitments and expenditures, generating forecasts, and preparing analyses and reports.
