Job description : Videojet Distributor Technical & Sales Support for Africa.

1-Position title : Distributor Technical & Sales Support.

2-Main responsibilities in this role includes :

  • Train distributor Service & Technical Engineers so that they can become autonomous on all VJ products mix technical repairs and installations
  • Train the distributor Service and Technical teams on delivering operators trainings and maintenance on the VJ equipment.
  • Support distributors in complex and large projects at end customers.
  • Support product launches (could be through sales and technical trainings during distributor conferences).
  • Make technical audit of distributor service organization.
  • Report to the regional Distributor Manager on the distributor channel technical and Sales improvements.
  • Perform internal escalations necessary to improve the VJ products quality.
  • Participle to weekly quality calls (internal technical escalation review)
  • Management of installation requests under CBS.
  • Train and advice distributor Sales Manager on Sales Management (including Funnel Management) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Train distributor sales teams on sales kills, Value Selling and PSP (Problem Solving Process).
  • Perform sales training to the distributor Sales Reps on VJ products and consumables.
  • Support distributor Sales Engineers in complex and large projects at end customers.
  • Support and control the sales activity of the distributor sales teams.
  • Coach distributor sales Engineers.
  • 3- Reporting to : Distributor Manager Middle East-Southern Europe and Africa


    4-Place to work : home office with significant international travels, EMEA, up to 75 % of the working time.
