Job description / Qualification : The marketing manager manages the day to day marketing activities and support the key marketing campaign for Huawei Mobile Services in Europe.

Duties of the Marketing Manager include :

  • Working closely with marketing and design agencies, and creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
  • Joint force of marketing and operation, planning and implementing promotional campaigns, in order to reach the target.
  • Enhance our marketing managements. Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Provide marketing insight to share your knowledge about the marketing trends.

    Build and retain social audience on Huawei Corporate social platforms which include but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.

    Manage and create world class social media content to engage and retain audience to reach social KPIs. Craft and plan content for organic social communication and paid social promotion.

    Understand the business needs from different business groups and units. Solicit and repackage information / stories from BGBU parties to produce engaging content which suit both the business needs and audience interest.

    Work closely with the Corporate publication editorial to create relevant content Train and support country level corporate communicate team on social media content planning and writing Live coverage of Huawei corporate events on social media including live tweets and live stream community management Collaborate with social media agency to guide, improve and approve their editorial and visual content output Generate new story ideas from current events, interesting content (photo, video, gif) and breaking news stories within the applicable content area Manage the Huawei employee social ambassador program and track the progression of the project to achieve planned targets.

  • Evaluate and determine which stories are most relevant to users and most likely to drive increased engagement / traffic from among stories;
  • develop insights on user behavior and modify content accordingly

    Develop and manage strategic Analyst Relations plans for Huawei and execute on all aspects of a global AR program. Build strong relationships with Huawei’s C-

    suite executives and leaders across Business Units, marketing and communication teams, and other cross-functional teams to ensure AR campaigns are aligned with business goals and strategies.

  • Contribute back to the product offerings and market strategy, as well as overall global communications strategy. Develop an Executive Buddy Program;
  • Identify, develop and manage relationships with the most influential industry analysts and market influencers. Influence analyst research on Huawei and key market players on the value chain.

  • Shape analyst’s perception towards Huawei and improve analyst rating in influential reports and evaluations. Monitor the market landscape;
  • share relevant analyst research and implications with Huawei’s business executives to help them identify new opportunities and shape business strategy and offerings.

    Build a virtual center of excellence consisting of AR professionals, experts, marketing executives and sales team, by providing AR training / enablement programs.

    Mange a team of analyst relations professionals.

    1. Define, analyze and manage key metrics across all report suites.2. Build dashboards and perform competitive benchmarking and trending3.

    Run all aspects of Web Analytics : Adobe Omniture SiteCatalyst and Adobe Media Optimizer as well as other Web Analytics tool such as Google Analytics, etc.

    4. Added experience in BI tools is advantages eg Tableau, Domo5. Help implement and configure analytics platforms and facilitate analytics code implementations, tag management methodologies6.

    Provide advice and expertise to marketing and digital teams on optimizing digital marketing strategies7. Develop recommendations to improve funnel conversion and customer engagement including creation of a testing plan and post-

    test analysis with internal sponsors and stakeholders8. Document web marketing strategies and processes and recommend improvements9.

    Stay abreast on best practices and latest trends in web analytics, SEO, SEM, digital content and campaign management10. Train team on use of web analytics tools,if needed.
