Client Operations Leader is responsible for directing and overseeing the overall operations and organization of the Buy framework.

Works with Commercial, Product Leadership, Technology, Operations Leadership at local / group level to design and drive new business development, as well as oversees the quality of the existing product deliverables for the Buy business.

CHALLENGES THAT AWAIT YOU :

Lead Strategic Planning by partnering with stakeholders

Managing unit financials : Operation Plan, costs, EBITDA, sizing, prioritizing and founding of new services / products requests.

Prioritize Project Portfolio to maximize value delivered within available resources.

Work with client services and clients, track Client Satisfaction, improve Clients experience and perception Identify opportunities to simplify and rationalize Nielsens deliverables to maximize value for Clients

Lead Crisis Management

Directly Manage Output organization

Track and Report Client Operations performance via KPIs / Scorecards / Metrics.

Work with COEs to ensure continuous improvement, leveraging e.g. BPI

Lead demand management process

Build and Maintain Client Operations Community to stimulate high performance work environment

QUALIFICATIONS YOUR PROFILE :

Min 10 years of a combination of relationship management, project management, operations, client : facing, and CPG industry experience.

Broad business acumen and problem solving skills.

Proven ability to build strong business relationships at all levels throughout the organization.

Excellent crisis management and results : oriented resolution skills, especially clientfacing.

Proven experience of establishing and implementing strategic objectives within an organization.

Proven leadership and communication skills in multi : cultural environment with ability to develop and motivate staff.

Direct and Indirect people management skills

  • Demonstrated effectiveness in a cross functional matrix organization.
  • Proven ability to expand business in a consultative relationship building environment.
