The Spa Receptionist is responsible for proactively welcoming guests and dealing with all inquiries, being knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing, and scheduling treatments to maximize use of time within the treatment schedule.
The Spa Receptionist also organizes the daily Therapist treatment schedule and ensures the fitness area is serviced and guests are proactively offered water and fresh towels.
We are looking for an experienced customer service professional with a passion for service and hospitality. Fluent in French, Arabic and English.
Good problem solving ability and strong computer skills are also required. The ideal candidate will also have a warm welcoming smile and a positive attitude.
Previous Spa experience is preferred.
