We are looking for an Food and Beverage Manager with exceptional Food and Beverage experience from leading international hotels.
Reporting to the General Manager, this is a challenging and rewarding opportunity with the responsibility of overseeing the hotel operation for an opening planned for late 2018.
As a member of the Executive Team, you will be expected to play a key part in the development and implementation of day to day hotel functions.
With excellent standards of rooms, impressive food and beverage outlets and all of the facilities associated with a leading hotel, your background will need to show that you have the operational and management talent to deliver the standards for the opening whilst managing a large team.
Your career to date should ideally be supported by recoginsed hospitality management qualifications and training. It will be essential that your verbal and written communication skills are excellent in French and English.
If you have opening experience and are proven in food and beverage with an ability to manage an international team with drive and commercial focus, this will prove to be a rare and exciting opportunity for you to make an impact and join an excellent hotel company.
