Furukawa Electric Morocco located in Tangier, a global manufacturer of fiber optics cable and apparatus, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Morocco plant.
The Customer Service Rep. is the first line of contact with the customer, representing and establishing the customer’s perception of the company.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
The CSR has primary responsibility for providing service to the customers before and after delivery of an order. The CSR is responsible for processing customer requests in a manner that provides consistency, accuracy, and timeliness.
The CSR will be based in our new facility in Tangier manufacturing cables and connectivity products based on optical fibers.
Our customers and colleagues are based globally though our focus areas are Africa, Middle East and Europe.
The CSR will work in SAP and other IT systems including Sales Force.

To accomplish this, the CSR must be knowledgeable in OFS products, systems, and processes as well as internal logistics and business.
The business includes both inter-company and externally transactions. International travel for meetings / training will be needed up to 3-4 weeks per year.
Experience Level : 1-2 years’ experience.
