The Human Resources Business Partner acts as a partner and consultant to the business in all different aspects of HR. He / she implements a variety of programs, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, equity and diversity, etc.

within a business line / unit. The HRBP will also act as a country talent management champion delivering and designing talent management programs targeting different groups of employees within the organization.

Primary responsibilities of the business partner include but are not limited to :

  • Provide Human Resources support to several groups / units within MSD Morocco
  • Coach Teams to successfully manage all annual people management processes (performance management, talent management, compensation planning, etc.).
  • Coach Managers to improve leader effectiveness and teamwork.
  • Execute change initiatives based on local client needs (retention, deployment, compensation, organizational design, etc.).
  • Lead other special projects when required. Qualifications
  • Education :

  • Bachelor's degree required Required :
  • 5+ years demonstrated HR experience in related fields ( e.g. : HRBP, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management).
  • 2+ years of experience as an HRBP in a reputable Multinational organization
  • Ability to build relationships and influence clients.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of employment legal practices / policies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Solid hands on experience in Talent management Preferred :
  • Advanced degree (Master degree)
