Position responsibilities You will be joining a fast growing and international team consisted of top-notch senior presales experts being responsible for creating customer centric solutions for Carrier DataCenter / IT within our tier-
one telecom operators. You will lead the technical & commercial engagements with our CXO level customer counterparts, delivering business values through technical expertise and strategic guidance.
Your main responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following :
Proactive engagement with Huawei key accounts to understand their pain points, develop corresponding DC / Cloud transformation solutions to guide them through various technology options in the form of technical workshops and deep dive presales discussions with mid-level to upper customers.
Support Huawei’s Carrier DC / IT marketing and branding activities (CXO-level visits, technology forums, business seminars and customer workshops).
Position Requirements Business Skills Requirements :
Proven track record of building and sustaining strong technical relationships with key accounts, partner with customer to identify potential opportunities and engage in presales discussions
Capability of understanding Customer’s pain points and requirements to define the right penetration strategy, solid understanding of Datacenter / Cloud architecture evolution.
With telecom carrier work experience preferred . IBM / DELLEMC / VMware / HPE work experience can be also considered.
Excellent presentation and communication skills. Outstanding communication ability across hierarchies.
Proven track record of key speaker experience at IT industry and Telco Cloud conferences.
Fluency in English is mandatory, French is preffered.
Frequent travel up to 60% is expected.
Professional Knowledge Requirement :
More than 10 years of technical and commercial experience in IT industries;
Has in-depth understanding of the IT industry, including Datacenter facility, IT infrastructure, Cloud Computing, Server and Storage technologies.
Has the Datacenter / Cloud transformation Consulting / Product Management / Solution Architect / Sales Engineering in the IT industry with a proven track record within a well-
known international vendor or Tier 1 operator
