Head of Vendor Acquisition Morocco
The head of acquisition is responsible for getting vendors and products on Jumia.
nbsp; Devise a plan to acquire vendors and products to fuel an aggressive growth
nbsp; Manage a team of 8 acquisition agents and optimize their performance
nbsp; Structure processes and implement them
nbsp; Devise and implement online and offline strategies to source leads
nbsp; Set up partnerships
Expected background and technical skills
nbsp; Top Engineering or Business School
nbsp; 3 to 6 years of previous related professional experience
nbsp; Ability to analyze large data sets to make strategic decisions
nbsp; CRM knowledge is a plus (ex : Salesforce)
nbsp; Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
nbsp; Arabic, French and English fluency
