    Our Destination Management business unit comprises of three strong global brands working together to shape the way people experience travel in locations worldwide.

    Destination Services provides destination management. Intercruises provides cruise port services. Pacific World offers meeting and incentive solutions across all continents.

    The in-depth knowledge of our local teams spread across more than 40 countries gives Destination Management its leading edge.

    This position sits within our Destination Management unit.

    JOB DESCRIPTION : Main functions

    Main functions

  • Alignment with Contracting Teams to maximize sales in our Key Products and rest of portfolio assigned
  • Maximize opportunities due to Yield actions to improve our margins
  • Yielding of inventory for Stop sales & allocations
  • Ensure we are communicating to sales last minute availability, negotiating best rates per market and pushing sales to suppliers with overrides and special conditions, etc
  • Commercial actions with suppliers to protect our availability, focusing efforts in Key suppliers
  • Revision Targets to have the products on sale
  • Rates comparison Analysis
  • Complaints resolution with Suppliers
  • Ensure the hightest health & safety standards with suppliers Sure2care
  • Candidate profile

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, proven knowledge of Spain Destinations
  • Prior experience in yield is required.
  • Commercial profile with excellent negotiation and communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, strategic & creative problem-solving skills.
  • Creative and innovative
  • Strong organizational and methodical capabilities
  • International mind-set and cultural awareness
  • Full time work
  • University degree in a relevant area of Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism would be a plus.
