  • Key tasks

    To develop Accor’s revenue and penetration of the Key Accounts he / she is in charge of by :

  • Building effective and profitable relationships through a customer centric approach
  • Leveraging Accor’s global network to detect and seize all business opportunities
  • Federating key internal contributors and external players
  • Coordinating internal sales team to meet performance objectives
  • Create and accurately and permanently supply the commercial database (existing and new contacts) and optimize its exploitation
  • Permanent competitive watch at the international level
  • Identify new partners and customer profiles and propose actions and tools to develop individual sales and groups
  • Monitor and control group files in collaboration with the group coordinator
  • Prepare a calendar of events by market collaboration including with sales offices by market assigned
  • prepare and organize international business trips
  • represent the hotels in the different salons and events by following up after each trip
  • prepare a report after each prospecting or relocation operation and follow up the files in order to concretise the marketing requests or actions discussed
  • contribute to the realization of marketing tools and materials (flyer, video ...)
  • participate in the implementation of the commercial action plan by market
  • contribute to the definition of a customer loyalty strategy
  • ensure optimal compliance with the hotel's commercial strategy
  • monitor and analyze the production of assigned accounts and partners and put in place relevant commercial actions
  • ensure the optimization and control of departmental expenses during all the steps taken (telephone, invitation, travel ...)
  • keep a good communication and cohesion with all hotel staff in general and commercial departments and reservations in particular
