The internship is UNPAID and full-time.
Interns work five days per week (40 hours) under the overall supervision of the UNODC Regional Representative for the Middle East and North Africa, and direct supervision of the Terrorism Prevention National Officer. Responsibilities

Education Education To qualify for an internship with the United Nations Internship Programme, the following conditions must be met :
Academic training and / or a keen demonstrated interest in international security is an assent.
Work Experience Applicants are not required to have professional work experience for participation in the programme. Languages English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat.
Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and French is required for the internship. Knowledge of an additional official UN language is an asset.
