Key Responsibilities

  • Individual contributors responsible for selling Dell’s support services offers at Near Point of Sale (NPOS) to specified customer segments and / or geographical regions, ensuring best in class performance.
  • Your main responsibilities will be :

  • Work with sales team, sales management and support services sales specialists on account planning activity
  • Proactively identifies customer needs / requirements and recommends / quotes appropriate Dell Services
  • Act as a subject matter expert on all elements of the Services portfolio to support the sales organization to meet and / or exceed their objectives.
  • Focus on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards and ethics through engaging with the customer directly whilst building a relationship
  • Develop, implement and follow up on plans to ensure best in class performance for the programs that he / she is responsible for
  • Support successful role out of new NPOS services offers
  • Essential Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German with a good level in English
  • A sales Experience is required
  • Proficient in managing time and resources, capable at self-managing from a day to day perspective
  • Is proficient in a broader range of service offerings
  • Engages cross functional resources, regardless of geographic location, in order to achieve goal / meet customer needs
  • Advanced level services sales representative, broad understanding of services and technology in the industry; contributing beyond self, sought out by others
