Job Purpose

The main objective is the supervision of the import proces s of the products of the company in Morocco. The Sales Administration Supervisor is also in charge of the billing.

In this context, he / she supports the rest of the Logistics & Supply Chain team, but also Finance, in the planning and transportation of merchandises.

C Key duties and Responsibilities

His / her role is defined around 3 main goals :

1 / Import

  • Assist the controlling of purchase orders to the internal suppliers according to the sales forecasts of the company
  • Ensure the follow up of imported and promotional products (follow up of demand planning and imports’ files on a daily basis, check of documents necessary for customs clearance )
  • Ensure the follow up of files ongoing customs clearance
  • Ensure the monthly supervision of additional costs (demurrage & shopping) based on an analytical and rational approach
  • Manage Sicpa orders
  • Inform Sales & Marketing teams about the products with an important risk of stockout on a bimonthly basis and give them the anticipated date of availability
  • Communicate the stock of products under allocation with the remaining allocation on the fiscal to the sales team on a bimonthly basis
  • 2 / Billing

  • Establish invoices and delivery notes on schedule
  • Ensure the accurate entry of data in the ERP
  • Inform Sales team about products out of stock and the date of availability as soon as the order has been entered by the invoicing service
  • 3 / Management

  • Manage and train the Operations Assistant in the good performance of his duties
  • D Interactions with external partners and other departments within the Company

  • All departments within the firm
  • Moroccan (IPSEN, SICPA) and international suppliers (internal)
  • E Required skills

    Besides technical competencies in Supply Chain, the following skills are required :

  • Fluent Arabic, English and French
  • Rigor, precision, sense of details, sense of organization and good time management skills

  • F Education and profile

    Higher education with at least 3 years’ experience in sales administration / import
