The Retail Measurement Service leader will set strategy and execution plan to grow Nielsen Retail Measurement Service business in Maghreb.
The ideal candidate will be innovative, experienced and results oriented, and can enforce positive engagement with current clients by understanding their business needs and propose solutions to answer those needs.
Additionally, the Retail Measurement Service Lead should seek opportunities that help our clients to reduce risk in decision making, in order to optimize their brand and total customer experience.
Role and Responsibilities
Applies an understanding and knowledge of consumer, market, and industry trends to work activities.
Develop and implement a clear business plan to promote, develop and grow the key client accounts across the region.
Drive business development opportunities through current and potential new clients
Build strong partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Identifies opportunities to collaborate across Nielsen teams and drive sales with clients.
Lead integrated analyses that enable clients to take action against strategic business goals
Instill a growth culture within your team; hold accountability for your team’s sales goals.
Lead the implementation of the Client Engagement Model (CEM) within each client portfolio and ensure client needs are sufficiently met.
Monitor financial performance against budget or forecasts and ensure the implementation of appropriate actions that will lead to the achievement of business targets.
Ensure proper pricing of contracts and the effective management and execution of client projects within agreed timelines and cost.
Good knowledge of research methods (RMS), analysis and tools
Proven experience at successfully meeting sales revenue targets
Highly proficient & polished communicator, including group presentations & proposal writing to senior level audiences
Demonstrated strength in maintaining positive client relationships in complex situations.
Intermediate financial & contractual acumen
Manage, motivate, develop & inspire direct reports
Able to work collaboratively with internal & external teams.
Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes
Background and Technical Skills
Bachelor's degree required, MBA is a plus
7-11 years’ experience
Strong analytical aptitude.
Relevant experience with statistics, research techniques & experimental design
Related industries include : Consumer Packaged Goods, Consulting, Information, Sales, Analytics.
