British Council Morocco isrecruiting a Customer Services Manager Morocco. We are looking for anenthusiastic professional, capable of operating in a key role.
The post is based in Morocco Rabat and manages ateam of7 Customer Service Advisors (CSA) and is led bya Customer Service Manager (CSM) and Deputy Registrars to deliver integratedcustomer services which meets the needs of internal and external customers inline with British Council’s corporate standards and EDI policy.
The post holder will be required to work 2days a week at the Casablanca office and is expected to manage scheduled weeklymeetings and up-
dates with all stakeholders, particularly Examinations andTeaching Centre Teams.This post requires proven working experience asa customer service manager.
Applicants should have a relevantdegree / certification in degree in Business Administration or related field, anda prior experience in providing customer service support function orproven competence in a sales focus role.
A very good level of speaking and writingin English, Arabic and French is required (English : C1 Level / Fluent Arabic & French).
Applicants need to have apre-existing right to live and work in Morocco.
