We are looking for an HR leader in this exciting Human Resourcesopportunity as HR Manager Supply Chain for Morocco, based in Casablanca.

In this role, you will act as a business partner with the keystakeholders in Morocco (Plant Leads, Customer Services & Logistics andProcurement Leads) as well as the region.

This role is responsible to drive HRpriorities and Supply Chain’s people agenda across Morocco.

Focus is on building employee and organization excellence acrossall sites through focus on talent acquisition and retention, talking talent andsuccession planning to ensure talent pipeline in the Organization, driving lean6 sigma roll out, capability building and driving a High PerformingOrganization.

You will as well work with key Supply Chain business leaders andmonitor organizational climate while defining strategies and action plans toachieve the business objectives.

You will also be responsible to support theSupply Chain Function to develop organizational capabilities and changemanagement in key projects related to Lean 6 Sigma and ensure successfulimplementations & proactive Industrial Relations management.

MainResponsibilities

  • Strategic HR Business Partnering Working with the Supply Chain Leadership team and executing key initiatives that drive a high-
  • performance culture across Supply Chain Morocco and deliver top tier financial results. Drive a comprehensive HR People Strategy (Industrial Relations, Talent Management etc) across Morocco in line with Supply Chain priorities.

  • Organization Development facilitate the planning anddesign of organizational structure, prepare comprehensive implementation,change and communication plan for successful execution.
  • Employee Relations / Industrial Relations management Ensure compliance on all labor regulations and define a long term strategy to manage strategic changes and create a collaborative relationship with our unions and lead collective bargaining negotiation within defined mandate.
  • Step change relationship to achieve collaborative environment.

  • Talent management and succession planning . Work closely with leaders to ensure a strong bench of successor for critical roles and a healthy pipeline for the future.
  • Work closely with leaders to ensure clear development plans are in place to support the growth and development of key talent.

  • Coach and develop leaders across the Supply Chain business and run team development and interventions as needed.
  • HR Supply Chainteam development : work closely with the HRSupply Chain team to create one team and build capability within HR and developleaders for the future.
  • Share best practices within the team and across theregion.

  • Understanding ofKPIs and strategy of the respective functionsand the total company in order to align HR processes / practices with businessstrategy.
  • Strong ownership of cost management, Head Count planning, controlling and reporting tosupport delivering and achieving AC commitments in partnership with thebusiness leaders.
  • Recruitment and staffing - involved in talent selection for leadership and critical roles based on organizational need and identified leadership competencies together with Talent Acquisition and consider diversity agenda as part of staffing plan.
  • Qualifications

  • University degree preferable in Business Administration and manufacturing
  • Min. 10-12 years of experience in Human Resources as Generalist covering Education and Training, Employee Relations, C&B, and Labour Relations and general HR functions
  • High Proficiency in English written & spoken
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Experience in highly unionized environment
  • Good knowledge of external employment, development trends and labor markets
  • Planning : Ability to develop clear plans and demonstrate progress against them. Analytical with project management skills.
  • Excellent Communicator, able to spot and frame issues to enable effective cross-functional decision making.
  • Adaptability to manage changing agenda, and pursue development projects alongside the pressure of the period cycle and availability calls.
  • Credible Activist Respected, admired, listened to. Offers a point of view and takes a position.
